Ordering Products

When you place an order with us, you are deemed to have agreed to do business with us based on the Terms and Conditions herein contained.

We will issue you with an order number by email after we receive your order to purchase the product(s).

Following your confirmation of and payment for the order, we will send you an Order Confirmation via email. Your order will be processed when a valid deposit or full and final payment has been received, in accordance with our payment terms and conditions for your specific order. We retain absolute discretion to refuse service or cancel orders for justifiable reasons. If for any such reason we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received, we will contact you by email or telephone about any delay or cancellation, and your monies paid will be refunded less any shipping charges incurred to date.

Payment Methods

We accept the following types of credit card payments: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover via Stripe or Check. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. Payment will not be processed until we receive all the relevant information to facilitate this process.

The processing of payment for orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will not begin until the next working day.


We ship priority within the 48 United States and express on most international orders. If you prefer to undertake the shipping component of your order, please express the need to your order specialist and the cost will be eliminated from your order. Once the order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number to follow its progress to destination. Shipping rates vary according to the size and weight of the order. Your order specialist will review rates with you to get optimal value.

Accounts Details

It is your responsibility to provide your exact email address, delivery address, and billing address and telephone number. Any incorrect information provided may lead to a delay in delivering the product(s) ordered by you, or loss of package. No credit card details are stored by us, credit sales are managed via Stripe.

Delivery of Products

You will be provided with an estimated delivery time when you checkout from placing your order. Normal delivery is within 7(seven) to 14(fourteen) working days from the date of payment of your order.

We make every effort to deliver your product within the estimated delivery time. The actual delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Any undue delay will be communicated to you.


Our product line is unique and catered to your individual taste, returns are not allowed for customized products. If you ordered from our Fashion Line and the item is unused, you have 14 days from product ship day to return the product ‘as purchased’ for a full refund less shipping costs. Please contact your order specialist via email or use our general inbox - to initiate the return process. Please quote your order number on the email. Late returns will not be accepted. Perishable food items from our catering line and customized centerpieces or decoration pieces from our Event Planning line cannot be returned for reimbursement. You will be provided many opportunities to sample/review these items before settling on the purchase to ensure you are fully satisfied.


The Village Cloth reserves the right to accept or reject any advertisement submitted for publications and on its websites. However, The Village Cloth does not attempt to investigate or verify claims made in advertisements appearing in The Village Cloth's publications and on its websites.

The appearance of advertising in The Village Cloth's publications and on its websites in no way implies endorsement or approval by The Village Cloth of any advertising claims or of the advertiser, its product, or services.
